Relax mode
merry christmas and merry new years
As christmas and years approaching rapidly, it much advised to kick off those shoes, turn off your laptops and put your feet up. Its a time of year to relax, charge up those batteries and learn to re-focus.
Studies have shown that relaxation and less stress results in a boosted immune system, lower blood pressure, reduced limbic system activity (emotional part of the brain), increased motivation and creativity, so grab a drink and spend as much time with loved ones.
